Secrets Revealed For Increasing Profits
During A Recession

Lloyd Gordon Says: "I am introducing the Master's Program for increasing profits in food-service and bar operations during this current recessionary period.I have been developing this program for the past several years and have finally brought it forward during this time of economic distress to benefit restaurant and bar operations. "

Tim Borden introduces "Bar Bonanza" featuring 9 money making modules to aid bar, nightclub and lounge concession operators to weather the current recession.

Tim Borden loves the nightlife. He should, he has been very successful creating money making bars, nightclubs, and restaurant lounges throughout the midwest.

Tim Borden believes that a successful operator of a liquor establishment must be concerned about three major conditions, which can affect the success of the enterprise.

First, are you commited to the time, effort and financial resources that it takes to make a successful establishment?

Second, are you a person who loves people? You will be tested, time and time again to remain calm, cool, friendly and unflapable during interactions with your customers, employees, community officials and your local neighbors.

Third, you must be prepared to constantly reinvent your appeal to your target market as conditions alter. Good or bad economic times, demographic changes, and technical innovations can throw you for a loss or offer you a golden opportunity depending on how quickly you respond to circumstances.

Tim Borden, together with his GEC Associates stand ready to assist you step by step in creating a "Beverage and Entertainment Bonanza" for you using their years of practical, money-making methods for creating successful bar, nightclub and restaurant entertainment facilities.

Partnership

Restaurant GURU Group Partners with GEC Consultants

Al JosephFamous NY Chef associates his East Coast consulting firm with GEC. Al Joseph's interest in the restaurant business began when he was a teenager. Recognized by other restaurateurs for his enthusiasm and accomplishments, he was soon recruited to assume key role positions in the development of new restaurants from conception to completion. His early "apprenticeship" in the business included orchestrating private banquets for celebrities such as Dustin Hoffman, Joe Namath and Richard Gere.

Al's private ownership and operation of five successful metro area NYC restaurants put him in the well-earned position of being sought after by other restaurateurs in the tri-state area for his expert advice. Functioning as chef in his own trendy restaurants, Al's reputation attracted the attention of various VIP's, leading to TV exposure on Fox News Show featuring Montel Williams.

In 2004, Al formed a restaurant and bar consulting company known as Restaurant Guru Group and at the same time he created a Chef's consulting branch to provide other entrepreneurs in all phases of development from beginning to end: from concept to profitable daily operations. His menus are popular with a fan following in the thousands.

After exploring other geographical areas in which to become involved, Al decided to enter the mid-west market. This year he affiliated with the leading restaurant consulting firm GEC Consultants, Inc. This alliance is now known as GEC/GURU Restaurant Group. Together they are providing expert advice and assistance to restaurants, bars and community projects throughout the United States and Canada.

Do You Need A Website?

David Lent says, "Yes, you do really need one!"

David Lent David Lent of David Lent Technologies knows what brings cutomers in. If you don't have a website there is an eager crowd of potential diners and celebrants who will never know you exist - particularly the younger generation. A restaurant website doesn't have to be elaborate, but it does have to stand out. There are certain elements a good restaurant site MUST HAVE to be viable. It's not rocket science, but it is a different venue and the presentation must differ from non-hospitality operations. - Better to use proven Website Designers to get it right the first time, than to have to do it over again later at added expense.

Questions you need to answer about your website:

  • Can customers find your site in search engines and directories?
  • Does it have compelling content?
  • Does it present your restaurant as visually appealing?
  • Does it appeal to the potential users of your site?
  • Do pages load quickly?
  • Have you given visitors an easy way to contact you?

If you said no to two or more of these questions, Call us or request an estimate for either a new website or a "remodeling job" on an existing site that simply doesn't work right, (most don't.)
