Fact 'N' Act©

Initial consultation is in most cases a Fact 'N' Act©. It is a unique, quick and effective low cost method for a client and Lloyd M. Gordon, president of GEC Consultants, Inc. to exchange information concerning problems, concepts, procedures, methods and technical applications that may be of concern to the client.

The original method is a session taking three to five hours. The "facts" are presented by the client to Mr. Gordon. Once Gordon and the client reach an understanding of what issues need resolution, Gordon spends the rest of the time steering a directed course for ultimately solving the issues brought to the table at this session.

The Fact `N' Act© is a very intense, fast-moving interaction between Gordon and the client, usually resulting in the creation of a track for the client's project to "run on."

3 NEW METHODS FOR RECEIVING THE BENEFITS OF A FACT 'N' ACT©

1. FACE TO FACE
   This is the orginal method where LLoyd Gordon and you meet face to face in his office or in your own establishment. This usually takes 3 to 5 hours. The established fee for this service in the Chicago Metro area is $1000 payable at the conclusion of the session. An additional fee will be added for a session outside the Chicago area.
    
   
2. VIDEO CONFERENCING
   This is now a regular offering from GEC. You are provided with a Microsoft Life-Cam hardware and CD install disk, plus the software for practical conferencing reliability and a booklet "INFORMATION IN A FACT 'N' ACT© PACKET" for preparing your self for the Fact 'N' Act© session. At a mutually agreed time, GEC will call and conference with you three times for one hour each. The fee for this is $900 payable in advance through Paypal. At the conclusion of the session, you retain all equipment and software.
    
   
3. TELECONFERENCING CALL
   This is our newest regular offering where we establish a conference call with you. You are provided with a copy of our booklet "INFORMATION IN A FACT 'N' ACT© PACKET" for preparing yourself for the Fact 'N' Act© session. At a mutually agreed time, GEC will call and teleconference you twice for one hour. The fee for this is $500 payable in advance through Paypal.
    
   

OTHER SERVICES CAN FOLLOW

At your option, from the Fact 'N' Act©, GEC can determine a course of action that you may require and will make a proposal of how we will proceed with your project.

Because every project is unique and GEC desires to tailor its pricing to fit the project's requirements, fees take two forms. The first method is an hourly fee determined by GEC for the services provided. This takes into account the complexity of a problem, the location of the site to our home office and the amount of travel required. The second method is a flat fee determined by the nature, the short and long term goals to be achieved and the estimated length of the project.

It is the practice of GEC Consultants, Inc. to provide services after payment of a retainer. As this amount is amortized by the services provided, another one may become necessary for the work to continue. Notice is given the client approximately a week prior to expiration of the retainer. When it is expended, all service will cease until funds are reinstituted. At the conclusion of the project, if services fees exceed prepayments, the client will be billed for the additional work performed at normal rates. If the balance exceeds the work performed, GEC will refund the unused portion to the client.
