This 15-minute individual consultation will be scheduled at your facility with your approval and will meet with all your employees regardless of shift. These include valuable insurance coverages like life, accident, disability, and more. Among the most significant advantages to you are the select contingent guaranteed issue by which many of the programs will allow employees to be covered with very limited underwriting. This combination of cost-effectiveness and value is not typically available to employees on an individual basis and this makes the offering very compelling.
Alliance will also introduce the Earned Income Credit (EIC) for your employees that qualify so that you can in effect offer them a pay raise, at no cost to your business. For some of your lower paid entry level employees may qualify for the lesser known IRS Advance Earned Income Credit laws. In some cases, we will be able to increase our employee's pay by as much as $130.00 per month, without it costing your company any money!
