Alliance Employee Retention Program

As you know, our industry is continually burdened with the effects of employee turnover.  As a result, it has become crucial for restaurants to find better ways to attract and retain employees.

GEC is introducing a comprehensive program of supplemental/voluntary benefits for all your employees. GEC has agreed to introduce you to the firm called Alliance Workplace Solutions, LLC that specializes in these forms of benefits.  With your permission and no obligation on your part, your employees can be visited on a confidential and individual basis with a Benefits Specialist from Alliance.  This 15-minute individual consultation will be scheduled at your facility with your approval and will meet with all your employees regardless of shift.  At this time employees will be offered several uniquely structured voluntary benefits that are strictly optional and handled conveniently through payroll deduction.  These include valuable insurance coverages like life, accident, disability, and more.  Among the most significant advantages to you are the select contingent guaranteed issue by which many of the programs will allow  employees to be covered with very limited underwriting.  This combination of cost-effectiveness and value is not typically available to employees on an individual basis and this makes the offering very compelling.

Alliance will also introduce the Earned Income Credit (EIC) for your employees that qualify so that you can in effect offer them a pay raise, at no cost to your business.  For some of your lower paid entry level employees may qualify for the lesser known IRS Advance Earned Income Credit laws.  In some cases, we will be able to increase our employee's pay by as much as $130.00 per month, without it costing your company any money!
