We all know that success is something most people seek in life.  However, success is usually measured in the attainment of personal goals.  Therefor, if you have the goal to become a successful business person, you will of necessity require an organized plan to achieve this goal.

Much has been written concerning the many alternative methods for getting into business and even more controversy arises about how to achieve the necessary wherewithal to develop your vision.

Most people would agree that finding the funds to start a business is a key obstacle that most people encounter in achieving their goals for such a venture.  I am a successful restaurant consultant and business broker with over four decades experience in opening businesses from ma and pa doughnut stands to multimillion dollar hotel dining enterprises.  One of the secrets for success in my industry is to plan well for a business that is adequately funded.  Not to do so, is an invitation for disaster.

For these many years I have been seeking a way to overcome this major obstacle, and recently I may have found a method of financing start up enterprises that almost surely will become the epitome of succesful financing in the years ahead.

For the parking spot I find at the far end of the parking lot,
Because it means I am capable of walking
And that I have been blessed with transportation.

For my huge heating bill, because it means I am warm.

For the lady behind me in church that sings off key, because it
Means that I can hear.

For the pile of laundry and ironing, because it means I have
Clothes to wear.

For weariness and aching muscles at the end of the day, because
It means I have been capable of working hard.

For the alarm that goes off in the early morning hours, because
It means that I am alive.

And finally…….for too much e-mail, because it means I have
Friends who are thinking of me.
